Cryptek provides employees with a wide range of benefits designed to protect your health and financial well-being.  Cryptek is proud to offer its employees the following benefits:

Medical Insurance
Cryptek offers two (2) comprehensive health insurance plans; a HMO & a PPO plan.

Dental Insurance

The Dental Plan offers a comprehensive dental plan for preventative, basic, major and orthodontia services. 

Vision Insurance
The Vision Plan provides a complete eye examination every 12 months. The plan covers contact lenses or lenses and frames once per calendar year and a discount on laser vision. 

Life Insurance and AD&D

Basic Life - Cryptek provides full-time employees with group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and pays the full cost of this benefit. The benefit level is equal to 2 times your base annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $300,000.

Supplemental Life - Cryptek employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their families.  Maximum coverage for employees is $300,000 and $150,000 for spouses. 


Disability Income Benefits
Cryptek provides full-time employees with short and long-term disability income benefits, and pays the full cost of this coverage. In the event you become disabled from a non work-related injury or sickness, disability income benefits are provided as a source of income. You are not eligible to receive short-term disability benefits if you are receiving workers’ compensation benefits. Short-term disability will pay out 60% of your salary up to $1,500 per week and Long-term disability will pay out 60% of your salary up to $7,500 per month. 

Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
 These accounts allow employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses for themselves and eligible dependents.  Employees may contribute up to $3,900 annually to the health care reimbursement account and up to $5,000 per household annually to the dependent care reimbursement account.

Supplemental Income Insurance
Cryptek employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their families.  Maximum coverage for employees is $300,000 and $150,000 for spouses.

Paid Holidays
Cryptek offers 10 paid holidays each calendar year.

Sick Leave
A personal leave benefit allows you to be paid for time away from work if you or a family member becomes ill or injured.  Full-time employees accrue 12 personal days per year. 

Vacation
Full-time employees accrue 12 personal days per year.  After 3 years of employment vacation increases by one day. 

401 (k) Plan
Employees are eligible for participation after 3 months of employment.   The entry dates are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Cryptek is pleased to match 50% of the employee’s contribution, limited to 3% of employee’s gross annual income for the 2007 plan year. 

Educational Assistance
Cryptek recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization and offers an educational assistance program.  The educational assistance program encourages personal development through formal education.
