Mr. Anderson has over 40 years of experience in command control communications and electronics systems in both the private and public sectors.

Within the private sector, prior to joining Cryptek in September of 2005, Mr. Anderson held numerous technical and management position with BAE Systems, DigitalNet, I-NET, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), General Dynamics and Planning Research Corporation (PRC).  In addition, he served as the President of Klein Technology as well as the President of Global Technology Solutions for Perot Systems Government Solutions.

While in the public sector, Mr. Anderson served in senior level positions within the command, control, communications electronics and computer science arena.  He is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College.  Mr. Anderson also was a Joint Service Program Manager responsible for global deployment of an automation system in support of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force.

Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida in Management and Computer Science.  He is also a Certified Acquisition Manager.

Mr. Paiewonsky has over 20 years of business and accounting experience related to the software development and distribution industry, professional services, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, audits, capital acquisition, and general ledger conversions. Prior to joining Cryptek, he was the Chief Financial Officer at TREEV LLC, where he was responsible for the finance, accounting, legal, insurance, HR and IT functions of the company. In addition, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Globalink, Inc., the Corporate Controller at Best Software, Inc., and an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Paiewonsky earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Fitzgerald has over 25 years senior level experience in all aspects of government contracting and IT service businesses.  Her experience includes finance, business operations, procurement, contracts, security, human resources, program management and business development.

Prior to joining Cryptek, Ms. Fitzgerald was the Director, Business Operations of the Federal Acquisition Group at Unisys Corporation, Vice President Human Resources at Perot Systems Government Services (formerly, ADI Technology Corp. & Klein Technology, Inc.) and at NCI Information Systems, Inc. she was the Vice President, Human Resources and Administration and Senior Director, Business Management.

Ms. Fitzgerald earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University as well as numerous certifications.

Mr. Williams brings more than 20 years of relevant experience in IT security, Information Assurance (IA), and related Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities to Cryptek. He received training from the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Vendor Security Analyst (VSA), under the Trusted Product Evaluation Program.  Williams brings an extensive background in developing customs solutions for the DoD, Mr. Williams has been instrumental in guiding the direction of Cryptek’s products and solutions.  In addition, his capabilities include design, implementation, and evaluation of secure network systems and design and implementation of 80x86 protected mode executives. Mr. Williams is credited with several patents which deal with multi-level security in network systems and with virtual data labeling.

Prior to joining Cryptek, Mr. Williams held technical lead and management positions for Computer Sciences Corporation, Corbett Technologies and Novell.

Mr. Williams earned his B.S.C.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mr. Hajost brings nearly 30 years of experience in the high tech industry to Cryptek with an extensive background in Product Management, Corporate Acquisitions & Mergers, and Corporate Development and has an extensive background in both the software and hardware market.  

Prior to joining Cryptek, Mr. Hajost held multiple management positions including; President and COO at SteelCloud, Inc., a publicly traded company, Executive VP Corporate Development at TREEV, Senior VP Acquisitions and Business Planning at CheckFree, as well as other management positions at Wang and GEISCO. 

Mr. Hajost earned his B.S. in Industrial Marketing from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Mr. Joseph has an extensive background in the manufacturing disciplines, beginning with a machinist apprenticeship and progressing through increasing responsibility including production, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality assurance and management.

Prior to Cryptek, Mr. Joseph was Director of Manufacturing for Biotage, a manufacturer of chemical separation equipment (Chromatography) where he authored, implemented and obtained certification of an ISO 9000 quality management system in six months.  In addition, he was Vice President of Operations at Avionics Specialties; he served as Program Manager for manufacturing process development on the F18 program and an avionics installation and training program for a large package delivery service.

Mr. Joseph earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Cleveland State University and is a graduate of the Manufacturing Management Program at General Electric.

Ms. Morton is a 15-year healthcare veteran with over 25 years experience in Information Systems.   She brings extensive knowledge in the realm of concurrent sharing and privacy technology as well as Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) methodology, Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) strategy, ePharmacy infrastructure, Interoperability standards, and regulatory knowledge including the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

During her seven years at Cryptek, Ms. Morton has held multiple leadership positions including; Vice President of Quality & Customer Services and Director of Systems Engineering.  Prior to Cryptek, Ms. Morton held progressive positions with the Lincoln Financial Group (formerly Jefferson Pilot Corporation), and with the Moses Cone Health System. 

Mr. Ritzmann has over 40 years experience in engineering, sales and management in the federal sector, as well as the TEMPEST and secure fax markets.  In addition, Mr. Ritzmann has an extensive background in Software Development, Hardware Design, Product Management, Sales, Acquisitions and International Business.

Prior to joining Cryptek Mr. Ritzmann was a consultant to several US and international TEMPEST companies.  He was President and CEO of Ravenn Data Systems, Inc. and Vice President Sales for Mitek Systems, Inc., both specializing in TEMPEST sales.  Mr. Ritzmann also worked at LTV, Hewlett Packard, and Data General.

Mr. Ritzmann earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami.  He has completed graduate work in Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University and Business studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.
