Quality Assurance

API Cryptek’s quality assurance processes for manufacturing, software, and services are applied throughout the project lifecycle and include, among others, Agile Project Management processes, project plan baselining, PMI guidelines, feedback loops, version control, and automated tools for gap analysis and other functions. Each program also complies with all the customer-mandated practices, industry standards, and, where applicable, DoD or Federal IA regulations and instructions. All API Cryptek employees are trained for and encouraged to participate in a program of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System.
