Program: Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI)

JTDI Supports: Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard

JTDI Homepage: https://jatdi.redstone.army.mil/index.html

JTDI Mission: To provide up-to-date information to worldwide Fleet- and shore-based resources within the Department of Defense. JTDI provides for the implementation of a technical data integrated environment whereby digital technical data, training data, and maintenance expertise is readily available as knowledge for the Warfighter.

Description of Program:
The JTDI program is a web-enabled management system that routinely delivers updated technical information to aviation organizations ashore and afloat. JTDI provides updated technical, supply, and maintenance data to successfully accomplish maintenance actions needed to keep military weapons systems at the highest possible state of readiness.

Cryptek is responsible for the development of all materials, test plans, tests, outcomes and documentation for both Type Certification and Site Accreditation of the JTDI Secure Solution, JSS. JSS is a multi-tier, joint US Foreign National Access program that provides digital properties management of technical product data. It has one Operational Type IATO and two Site Accreditations.

Program: Agile Coalition Environnent (ACE)

End-User: U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM)

USPACOM Homepage: http://www.pacom.mil

USPACOM Mission: U.S. Pacific Command, in concert with other U.S. government agencies and regional military partners, promotes security and peaceful development in the Asia-Pacific region by deterring aggression, advancing regional security cooperation, responding to crises, and fighting to win.

Description of Program:
The Agile Coalition Environment (ACE) program is based off of specific requirements from the USPACOM to develop a secure coalition network that provides an effective means of information sharing with Pacific region allies.

Cryptek has been working with U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) to develop coalition solutions in support of ACE.  These solutions leverage the Global Information Grid (GIG)’s data separation concept by using COTS VPN tunnels to separate disparate data over a common internetworking fabric. Additionally Cryptek has been in support of TIPAS, a concept generated from ACE to provide a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution whereby a central enclave is used to identify, authenticate, and provide authorizations to users operating on US government networks.

Program: Mobile Information Distribution & Access Control System (MIDAS)

End-User:  U.S Army Tank Automotive Research, Development, and Engineering Center (TARDEC)

TARDEC Homepage: http://tardec.army.mil

TARDEC Mission: To research, develop, engineer, leverage, and integrate advanced technology into ground systems and support equipment throughout the life cycle.

Description of Program:
The MIDAS program is designed to support the critical information and computer services needs of peacekeepers, whether under the authority of the Departments of Homeland Defense, Homeland Security and/or the DoD.

Cryptek provides programmatic and technical support to TARDEC, focused on secure dynamic access control and community-of-interest (COI) capabilities for the Mobile Information Distribution & Access Control System (MIDAS) program.  Sponsored by TARDEC, MIDAS is a system of systems solution that seeks to provide Warfighters and peacekeepers with a rapidly deployable (vehicle-based) secure communications infrastructure.  Based on Commercial-off-the-shelf technologies, MIDAS will provide Warfighters and First Responders, deployed in regions that lack basic communications and power infrastructures, C4I tools and solutions that will provide unprecedented capabilities to DoD, DHS and HLS field units.  Cryptek is one of fourteen companies in collaboration with the MIDAS program.

Program: Air Operations Center Secure Data Access (AOC SDA)

AOC SDA Supports: Air Force Research Labs (ARFL)

ARFL/HEA Homepage: http://www.mesa.afmc.af.mil/

AFRL/HEA Mission: Research, demonstrate, and transition leading-edge human performance methods and technologies that provide the Warfighter the necessary knowledge and skills to dominate the decision environment..

Description of Program:
AOC SDA program is working with AFRL/HEA in developing a reliable, secure, jam-resistant, inter-operable worldwide global information enterprise to assure communications and reach-back capabilities in a joint/coalition environment.  This information enterprise requires the development of an affordable multi-level secure network management capability to provide commanders with status and control of information grid network resources through Air Force Air Operation Centers.

Cryptek is providing support to the AOC SDA program to help with the integration of Common Criteria and accredited database, operating system and network infrastructure products to create a system that will provide multi-level and community of interest access to information necessary for the war fighter by leveraging the Theater Battle Management Core Systems yet providing information for a joint/coalition environment.
