Seaport-e:
NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the Seaport-Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle to meet the requirements of the Seapower 21 objectives. Seaport-e is a web-based procurement portal that facilitates performance-based service acquisitions, leverages buying power, and improves business intelligence.
