Cryptek Appoints Experienced Federal Markets Executive James W. LaJeunesse as Chief Financial Officer

Company continues to build senior management team to execute plan to grow in existing markets and expand into new markets for information and network security products

LaJeunesse as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. LaJeunesse will lead the company's global financial team and will be responsible for developing and executing worldwide finance and investment initiatives.

Mr. LaJeunesse joins Cryptek from Unisys Corporation where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Federal Systems, directing all finance, accounting, contracts, pricing and compliance activities for the billion dollar Unisys Federal Systems business unit.

He brings a broad range of experience in financial analysis of new business opportunities, in improving internal reporting and establishing cost visibility to Cryptek. He also adds his expertise in financial systems development, implementation and process reengineering in support of profitability to the company. Previously, Mr. LaJeunesse served in a number of increasingly responsible financial management positions during nearly 20 years with Lockheed Martin.
